Brothers and Sisters,
On behalf of all the members of the General Council I am happy to send you good wishes and God’s blessings at this Easter season. May the living hope that comes to us in the resurrection of Christ bring peace and a renewed faith in the power of God’s redemptive love made manifest in the Risen Lord!
Even in the midst of our Easter joy, the world continues to witness the evil of war waged in Ukraine and the loss of life and deep suffering inflicted on so many. May our voices rise in prayer for an end to the violence and suffering and the birth of peace and hope for all those whose lives are being forever changed.
May God’s grace fill your life in this Easter season. Know that you remain in my thoughts and prayers as we celebrate the deepest truth of our faith—He is Risen! Alleluia!
